The proof of the pudding is not what we say about ourselves, it's what our customers say about us. With every minibus delivered we ask you, our customers, to rate our vehicle familiarisation and handover process. So let's look at our last 50 minibus customers as an example.

We're delighted to say that all our 50 customers rated us 10 out of 10. In fact, you have to go back rather a long time to find anyone who gave us less than 10. In that particular case, an 8 was received for a handover when the driver ‘didn't know enough about the minibus'. We addressed this immediately by giving our drivers more training.

We've even had a 12 out of 10 rating from one happy customer who said “Helpful driver, immaculate bus”!

Minibus World is committed to ensuring our customers are completely satisfied. We always listen to our customer feedback and if we fall short we will learn from it.
