We ordered a wheelchair-accessible minibus for Bright Lives Social Enterprise C.I.C, which supports people with learning disabilities to gain access to our training and day service in Colchester Essex.

The support that was given to me throughout the process was first class enabling us to understand the process through to helping resolve legislative information that simple was not clear to understand. The team at Minibus World were easy to deal with and communicated well throughout the process, making everything very straightforward.

Their knowledge and understanding of what we required made the organisation stand out from their competitors. Despite many similar organisations trying to win the business, it was clear who should be our new business partner.

We were constantly kept up to date with the progress, and on the day of arrival of our new vehicle we were shown how to use the Minibus facilities and shown around to ensure we were happy with everything. The Minibus exceeded our expectations, the standard of the coach building simply; left us not wanting for anything else.

I have no hesitation in recommending this company in the future to anyone looking to make a similar purchase and look forward to placing an order for our second minibus in due course.
