On Christmas Jumper Day, our team swapped their usual workwear for festive knits, colourful patterns, and plenty of Christmas cheer. From classic reindeer jumpers to eye-catching novelty designs, the day is all about having fun while making a meaningful difference.

Dougie Mac provides outstanding care and support to children, young people, and adults with life-limiting conditions, as well as vital support for their families. Their compassionate teams make an incredible difference every day, offering comfort, dignity, and care when it matters most.
