Quite simply pay for your Minibus in full and take ownership when you drive away. No financial agreement, monthly repayments or financial liability. The vehicle becomes yours from day one and a capital asset for your organisation.
If you don’t have the available funds for outright purchase, Hire Purchase is an alternative option. Pay a deposit (usually 10-20% of the overall cost) and then a monthly repayment over 2-5 years. At the end of the agreement pay the outstanding balance on the Minibus (if there is one) and then take ownership.
If you don’t wish to own the Minibus, then contract hire may be for you. Typically a low upfront payment then regularly monthly repayments from 6 months to 5 years. This can be tailored to include maintenance and road tax if required. At the end of the term simply hand the vehicle back, extend the term or purchase the vehicle if offered.
Similar to Hire Purchase, Lease Purchase typically offers lower monthly payments but with a higher final payment (often referred to as a balloon). You can then choose to purchase the vehicle or start a new lease.
